Born in Atchison Kansas. Raise in Topeka Kansas by my departed mother. Business owner, child care provider, wife and mother of five. After childbirth with twins and the passing of my oldest daughter it was difficult to find a healthy lifestyle. Cycling became my aperture! I was able to work at my own pace, set my own goals, but my favorite is clearing my mind. I enjoyed the benefits from indoor cycling so much I decided to become an indoor cycling instructor in 2021. Keeping my current business conserved I have been able to manage the many of hats I carry daily.
